As of August 10, 2020, This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) is applicable to your use of the Battle of the Trenches Platform ("Sponsor" or "we", "us", or "our"). The “Battle of the Trenches Platform” consists of any platform (including without limitation any web, mobile, tablet, pad and/or cloud-based platform, as well as future technologies), along with any server(s) (real or virtual), website(s), webpage(s), domain(s), supporting file(s), hardware, software and/or other content, that are owned, operated and/or controlled by Sponsor, through which Sponsor provides each "Member" (an individual who is eligible to participate in the activities on the Battle of the Trenches Platform) with access to our tournaments, games, contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, the “Services”). The Privacy Policy solely governs information that is collected through your use of the Battle of the Trenches Platform and does not apply to any personal information collected offline.

Personally Identifiable Information

However, in order to use certain Services, Users of the Battle of the Trenches platform will be required to provide a valid email address in order to validate their entry into the Battle of the Trenches promotion and winners will be required to provide certain PII in order to receive their prizes.

 

 

We may also request certain additional personal information in order to participate in certain other activities available on the Battle of the Trenches Platform including, but not limited to, sweepstakes, contests, games, and surveys. Sharing Information

As stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not share information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes unless a user affirmatively agrees to such disclosure -- typically by opting-in to receive information from a third party that is participating in a promotion on the Battle of the Trenches Platform. If a user does ask us to share such user’s information with a third party for its marketing purposes, we will only share information in connection with that specific promotion, as we do not share information with any third party on a continual basis.
