The “Battle of the Trenches Platform” consists of any platform (including without limitation any web, mobile, tablet, pad and/or cloud-based platform, as well as future technologies), along with any server(s) (real or virtual), website(s), webpage(s), domain(s), supporting file(s), hardware, software and/or other content, that are owned, operated and/or controlled by Sponsor, through which Sponsor provides each "Member" (an individual who is eligible to participate in the activities on the Battle of the Trenches Platform) with access to our tournaments, games, contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, the “Services”). The Privacy Policy solely governs information that is collected through your use of the Battle of the Trenches Platform and does not apply to any personal information collected offline.

We are committed to respecting the privacy rights of all visitors to the Battle of the Trenches Platform. This Privacy Policy is intended to provide you with notice of our information practices, including the types of information gathered and how the information is used and safeguarded.

Your use of the Battle of the Trenches Platform and any personal information you provide on the Battle of the Trenches Platform remains subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy and any Official Rules, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any term in this Privacy Policy, do not use the Battle of the Trenches Platform.

Information We Collect

Personally Identifiable Information

Personally identifiable information ("PII") is information that identifies you or could reasonably be used to identify you personally (such as your real name, address, phone number, or e-mail address). Generally, you may browse our websites without providing any PII. However, in order to use certain Services, Users of the Battle of the Trenches platform will be required to provide a valid email address in order to validate their entry into the Battle of the Trenches promotion and winners will be required to provide certain PII in order to receive their prizes.

We may also request certain additional personal information in order to participate in certain other activities available on the Battle of the Trenches Platform including, but not limited to, sweepstakes, contests, games, and surveys. If you do not want your PII collected, please do not submit it to us. In some cases, if you choose not to provide us with the requested information, you may not be able to access all of the Services on the Battle of the Trenches Platform.

Generally, we only use PII collected from and about our users for the purpose for which it is submitted, unless we disclose other uses at the time we collect the information. If we do, you will have the opportunity to instruct us not to use your data in other ways (you can opt-out). We do not share any PII that you provide on our Battle of the Trenches Platform to any third party for marketing purposes unless you specifically opt-in to receive such communications. If you do not want your information used in this manner, you may "opt-out."

Non-Identifying Information

We gather and analyze non-identifying user information such as Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses and browser types for statistical purposes only. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the Web. Web servers, the computers that "serve up" Web pages, automatically identify your computer by its IP address. When you request a page from our websites, our servers log your IP address. An IP address does not contain personally identifiable information. We do not link IP addresses with personally identifiable information. We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer the Battle of the Trenches Platform. Your IP address is used to help gather broad demographic information. We may also collect information about your browser software and/or machine type (e.g., Windows, Mac, Unix, etc.).

When you visit the Battle of the Trenches Platform or engage with any of the Services, it is possible that several cookies will be set on your computer. A “cookie” is information a website puts on your computer’s hard drive for record-keeping purposes. We use the information from cookies to remember browser preferences and improve our visitors' experiences on the Battle of the Trenches Platform. No personal information is ever stored in a cookie, even if you have entered your name or e-mail address on other parts of the Battle of the Trenches Platform. We use cookies to compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our Battle of the Trenches Platform visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business. If you prefer, you can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies via your browser settings. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to engage with all of our Services or all of their functionality.

Ad Serving Technology

Third-party vendors may deliver advertisements to you on the Battle of the Trenches Platform. Such vendors may collect non-identifying personal information about user visits to the Battle of the Trenches Platform in order to provide advertisements about products or services that may be of interest to a user. These vendors may also aggregate users’ non-identifying personal information for use in targeted advertising, marketing research and other similar purposes on our Battle of the Trenches Platform and other websites. These vendors may also place their own cookies on our users’ hard drives. For more information visit the Network Advertising Initiative website at

Data Protection

Battle of the Trenches will make commercially reasonable efforts to protect your PII and ensure the security of our Battle of the Trenches Platform. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Linked Sites

Links to or from the Battle of the Trenches Platform ("Linked Sites") to other websites, services, or applications may exist. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by our Battle of the Trenches Platform. We do not endorse or sponsor other websites (unless specifically disclosed), we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other websites, expressly disclaim any statements or assertions made on such websites, and deny all liability associated with your use of, and the content on, such other websites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies or statements of the other websites you visit.

Sharing Information

As stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not share information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes unless a user affirmatively agrees to such disclosure -- typically by opting-in to receive information from a third party that is participating in a promotion on the Battle of the Trenches Platform. If a user does ask us to share such user’s information with a third party for its marketing purposes, we will only share information in connection with that specific promotion, as we do not share information with any third party on a continual basis. To prevent disclosure of your personal information for use in direct marketing by a third party, do not opt-in to such use when you provide PII on the Battle of the Trenches Platform. Please note that whenever a user opts-in to receive future communications from a third party, such user’s information will be subject to the third party's privacy policy. If such user later decides that he/she does not want that third party to use his/her information, such user will need to contact the third party directly, as we have no control over how third parties use information. You should always review the privacy policy of any party that collects your information to determine how that entity will handle your information.

We may provide access to our users PII when legally required to do so, such as in response to a legal subpoena, to cooperate with police investigations or other legal proceedings, to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of the Battle of the Trenches Platform, to limit our legal liability and protect our rights or the rights, property or safety of users of the Battle of the Trenches Platform or the public. In those instances, the information is provided only for that purpose. We reserve the right to disclose any and all types of user information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosure is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference (either intentionally or unintentionally) with our rights or property, other website users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.
